Built as a homage to Marco Simoncelli #58, my favourite racer who was killed in the Malaysian MotoGP in 2011. The bike is MOT'd, Taxed and Insured for daylight use on U.K. Roads.
It is fitted with a PSR 2 body kit, which needed significant structural amendments to the frame to look right (including relocating and extending the fuel pipe so that it sat centrally on the body kit) and has a number of one off parts, like the seat, numerous brackets and a Stage 3 digital rev counter.
Still needs a little fettling to run perfectly, but is a beautiful little bike. It has a couple of claims to fame: It was displayed at the 2015 British MotoGP at Silverstone at the request of the Simoncelli Foundation; and came second prize at the MDMC Classic Bike Show, also in 2015.
