Modified Puch Maxi S2 with E50 1. generation pedalstart-engine. Build as a tribute to the BMW's, NSU TT's and Porsche's racing in Jägermeister-orange in 1977 with the goal to get the most out of an old model-cylinder but still with cruising capability.
Cylinder has custom port-timing and is match-ported to engineblock, inlet and exhaust and has a modified piston. Custom cylinderhead with special cumbustion chamber, o-ring seal, pinbolt-guides for perfect alignment and 0,8mm squishband.
Spacer for inletmanifold for upright position of carburator but still short inlet.
Modified NC-R clutch
Custom made pullstart with modified flywheel. Kokusan 12v-ignition with Black Mamba Racing-ignition box and ignition set to 4,3mm BTDC in idle.
Wider and higher handlebar. Modified Yamaha FS1-chainguard. Custom made stainless steel sidecover for ignition CDI, electric cables, voltage regulator and Black Mamba Racing-box.
Original wheels with Polini brake shoes.
The engine setup makes 7,13 bhp on the rear wheel as is.
