• New from Polini; the first ready-to-use Puch exhaust
• Raw, untreated, no lacquer etc. simply oil in and go!
• Best suited for standard and tuned 70cc cylinders but also very suitable for the 72cc!
• Seperate exhaust flange that is attached to the cylinder so that the exhaust can easily be fixed with exhaust springs.
• This Polini exhaust comes standard with a rubber for mounting on the exhaust support
• Polini number: 200.0427
• This exhaust has a small dent but otherwise functions without problems

Tips:

• Fit the exhaust flange to the cylinder with standard m6 nuts and washers so that the exhaust fits neatly over the flange.
  
• Always use a new exhaust gasket when fitting an exhaust

When using all exhausts, black painted, chrome and blanc exhausts, heat build-up at the exhaust manifold can cause the following:

• At black outlets the paint can dissolve a little.
• Chrome and blanc exhaust manifolds may discolour

If the nozzle is too small or if the ignition is set incorrectly, the exhaust port becomes very hot and discoloring and dissolve of the paint on the exhaust manifold will occur faster than a perfectly adjusted engine. We give no guarantee on discoloration or solving of the paint on the exhaust manifold!
