41mm cylinder Sachs 502 / 50/2 / 50/3 / 50/4 Bad Ass Diablo

This cylinder is suitable for both Swiss models with a wide stud pitch and European models with a narrow stud pitch. The wide pitch is pre-drilled (60x40mm), the European pitch is marked and can be easily drilled through yourself (51x40mm).

• Cooling fins with external diameter: 90mm
• Hole distance inlet: 31mm
• Cylinder neck diameter: 46mm
• Hole spacing pre-drilled cylinder tape ends: 40 x 60mm
• Hole spacing marked holes cylinder tape ends: 51 x 40mm
• Hole spacing cylinder head: 37 x 37mm
• For 28mm round exhaust elbow and one M40 x 1.5mm exhaust nut.
• Includes A-quality piston of the GOL brand

Please note: studs with a length of 60 mm must be used to mount the cylinder

We always advise to check and clean the cylinder thoroughly before fitting. And to slightly finish the ports in the cylinder with a 1000 sandpaper, so that the edges are no longer so sharp. This will significantly extend the life of the cylinder/piston.
