Description

Aluminum cylinder

Complete with pistons, pistonpin, pistonpin clips, pistonring and gaskets
Piston pin 14mm. Bore: 45mm
Intake inner diameter approx. 26mm
Outlet inner diameter about 30mm
For 32mm exhaust manifold
Stroke 44mm

Fits Sachs 50 S engines installed among others at:

Hercules GT K 50,
KTM Comet
DKW RT 139
Sachs
MK Prima GT etc. and many others

We always advise to check and clean the cylinder before installation and to finish the ports in the cylinder with a 1000 grit sandpaper. This way the edges are no longer too sharp because of the Nicasil coating, this will considerably extend the life of the cylinder / piston.
